Sharing the old holiday traditions of our Saint Lucian culture has become a wonderful new annual tradition for the team at Marigot Bay Resort and Marina. This year is no different, so from December 23rd, 2020 to January 2nd, 2021, we’re planning to make our guests’ days merry, bright and filled with authentic local experiences.

Combining the natural beauty of Marigot Bay, and Saint Lucia's unique sense of holiday spirit, the Marigot Bay Resort and Marina Festive Program is ideal for guests who want a five-star luxury 'home away from home’ feeling, with activities for all the family, including surprise gifts, delicious food, carol-singing and a visit from Santa Claus.

From our nautical-themed holiday tree, located on the water’s edge and adorned with twinkling lights, conch shells, fishing nets, starfish and anchors, to the specially created menus featuring Saint Lucia’s favourite holiday recipes, we invite you to immerse yourself in nostalgia and tradition while enjoying the paradise that lies outside our resort.

Discover Caribbean holiday favourites including traditional ‘black cake,’ home baked gingerbread, zesty sorrel juice flavoured with fresh nutmeg and cinnamon, and Saint Lucia’s own style of infused spiced rum. We’ll even give you recipe cards to take home and recreate Saint Lucia's festive treats for your friends.

Guests who stay at Marigot Bay Resort and Marina on New Year's Eve can welcome 2021 with a private, socially-distanced ‘Boogie On The Balcony’ of their Residence, or opt for a Premium Private Poolside Cabana package for up to six guests, complete with music and speakers to keep everyone connected and counting down to the New Year.

While at dinner at our restaurants, baskets pre-purchased at different price tiers will be delivered to your Residence with premium libations, a charcuterie platter and petits fours. Party baskets will be delivered to each Residence, packed with glow sticks, noise-makers, feather boas, hats, and everything needed to cheer the old year out and new year in. Party as late as you like, then join us for a beautiful brunch on the first day of 2021.

During the festive season, our complimentary daily resort activities will continue, including yoga, hill-hiking, pilates, cooking classes and Cocoa Tea Making, our Insider View of the Marina tour, and the always popular Coconut Experience, a 30-minute session about how every part of the coconut can be used.
